About the project

This eCommerce transformation harnessed the decentralized capabilities of DatoCMS as a central content hub. By leveraging DatoCMS, Juwelier Roller now enjoys a streamlined content management experience that supports a variety of needs—from product details, brand information, and collections to catalogs, FAQs, landing pages, and news updates. Where traditional shop and ERP systems typically limit content modeling and management, DatoCMS provides the flexibility to expand and scale.

The new front-end design, powered by Vue, delivers exceptional performance that drives higher sales through a fast, responsive interface. Magento 2’s robust API features serve as the eCommerce backbone, while integration with ElasticSearch ensures efficient, precise product search functionality. Additionally, an IPAAS solution has been implemented to facilitate smooth data and process integration across systems.

By seamlessly connecting the in-store experience with the online shop, Digitalwert® has enabled Juwelier Roller’s advisors to offer customers a comprehensive product selection that extends beyond in-store availability. This integration allows both in-store and online consultants to provide knowledgeable support, creating a unified, high-quality shopping experience for a broad customer base.
