Better Links - DatoCMS Plugin.

A plugin that allows you see multiple fields when selecting a Links field type.

Installation

1. Head over the Settings > Plugins section of your DatoCMS project
2. Search for the "datocms-plugin-better-links" plugin
3. Click install
